The Loup Blanc (“White Wolf”) is in the old village of Chantemerle, at the foot
of the Luc Alphand ski run. It was started up in 1999, has been influenced
by a mixture of Savoyard and Burgundian culture, and has been given a warm
mountain feel by its owners. This friendly restaurant with a chalet atmosphere has two dining rooms oriented around the open fireplace, and with its jazz background music, is ready to welcome you at lunchtime and in the evening. Our head chef, who has been
with us ever since we started up, uses a great deal of imagination in his interpretation
of culinary traditions, and his menus change with the seasons. Because of the high
quality and excellent presentation of the dishes, the warm welcome and the pleasant surroundings - there is seating for 100 guests in the dining rooms and 70 on the
terrace - you are advised to book your table in advance.

parties, and will be pleased to discuss with you the menu which will meet your
